MyICN, your daily tool
By connecting to MyICN.fr, you have access to all the pedagogical information related to your courses and your curriculum. You will find :
• Your course materials
• Your schedule
• A FAD
• Collaborative tools
• Information published by your professors, the program directors and the school
• Information related to internships and academic stays in partner universities
• Access to your mailbox
As well as:
• Documentary resources
• Online databases
• Information on associative projects
• Information on personal support
• Information on international projects

Your access to computer rooms
You must have a username (login) and a personal password. To obtain this information, log on to www.myicn.fr and click on “retrieve your login details”. This account is also used to connect to the wifi network.
The password to access your account and the password for the mailbox are different. Your initial password for the mailbox is your INE code.
Don’t forget to log out: press CTRL+ALT+SUPPR and then click on “Log out”.
IT charter: when you registered online, you signed an electronic charter that sets out your rights and obligations regarding the use of the computer system within the school. This charter provides for sanctions and criminal prosecution in the event of violations of the obligations.

How to organize an event
You wish to reserve a room?
Send your request by email as soon as possible.
• Reserve the hall: associations@icn-artem.com
• Reserve a room, an amphitheatre or the mezzanine: gestiondessalles@icn-artem.com
• Reserve equipment: logistique@icn-artem.com
When reserving a room on the Artem Campus, you must specify:
• The nature of the event
• The date
• The start and end time
• The desired capacity
• The equipment you need
You are organizing a conference:
• You must contact the City’Zen association: cityzen@myicn.fr
City’Zen manages the calendar of student events and assists you in the organization and communication of your event.
Important:
When it is an event organized by an association, the tutor must have validated the request beforehand. The PEPS must also be informed of your steps.
Do not confirm your event until your information has been verified and your reservations have been made.
Then, remember to communicate your information to the marketing and communication department.
