You can fill it in again as soon as you have it so that we can update your file.

You must submit your documents as soon as possible before you start school.

If it concerns the bank, we can provide a certificate of current enrollment. If you really need the certificate, you must complete the registration file so that we can process it. The certificate will only be available once the file is finalized and validated.

You are confusing pedagogical registration with administrative registration.

No, you must have liability insurance that has you covered for your education.

You must log in on the summary page of your registration file and click on the “school certificate” tab.

When your registration file is validated and you have uploaded an ID photo, we will issue your student card. You will receive a confirmation email inviting you to pick it up or to send us an address to send it.

Several resources are available to you, first of all, do not hesitate to visit the ICN career center (internships and apprenticeships section on MyICN). There you will find internship offers, company descriptions, advice for your applications and you can register for all our events allowing you to meet professionals and obtain numerous opportunities. You can also consult various job boards or visit LinkedIn.

You can also make an appointment with the careen and internship service in order to get advice or participate in our dedicated workshops.

Use all the resources and tools of the ICN career center, in particular those in the “International” section: https: //icn.jobteaser.com/fr/handbook/themes/338  and take advantage, for example, of internship offer platforms and international career resources thanks to our partnerships and subscriptions. Don’t miss any opportunity, internal or external event, or tip by joining us on social medias.

You can also benefit from individual coaching by sending an email to laurence.laval@icn-artem.com and indicating several of your availability slots. At the beginning of the school year, you can also take part in our dedicated workshops or contact the Alumni Service to be sponsored by one of our graduates.

In order to obtain an internship agreement, you must create an assignment form using the tool available in your MyICN account under the internships and apprenticeships section.

This tool allows you to :

– Enter an assignment form and communicate directly with the company
– Establish automatic contact with your educational tutor to obtain validation of the assignment form
– Follow your steps in real time
– Receive the fully completed internship agreement

Once your assignment form has been validated by all parties (company, you and your ICN tutor), we will issue you with an agreement to be signed by the host organization. Under no circumstances should you start an internship until the agreement has been signed by all parties.
